PD/S5 - Police Database System PD/S5 was initially designed as a custom database and dispatch logging system for the Pontoon Beach Police Department in Illinois, and has been in use there since January, 2005. Emphasis was put on making the department as paperless as possible. Most of the initial complainant, suspect, vehicle and ticket information logged in by dispatch can be exported into the various other forms and reports, eliminating the need to manually re-enter data.
