When you submit your service request report, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes.  Periodically we will post notices regarding service requests reported by our customers in the Dependencies section of this page, and tips or workarounds on the FAQ page.

Dependencies

The following is a list of some known problems or dependencies regarding our products. 
bulletEyesOnly, CasinoCommander and CommanderPro are dependent on the Spell Checker in either Office 2000 or Office XP.  In the future, we will be adding an independent spell checking functions.
